Sharing & Retention

We do not sell personal data. Sharing only with payment processors and authorities when required by law. Client data retained up to 5 years. Boarding records for service duration plus 1 year. Tax records per Brazilian tax law. Security footage up to 30 days.

We implement measures to protect personal data and pet information. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data. We respond within 30 days. This policy may be updated periodically.
